How long will it take for my order to reach me?

We intend to ship all order within 1-2 business days of receiving it. Once shipped it typically takes another 2 to 10 working days for the order to reach you based on your location. If we are experiencing any issues with the delivery, we will get in touch with you or kindly contact us on sales@dalisay.com.au

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Delivered Damaged / Faulty / Incorrect:

Please notify us with 24 hours of delivery if you have any issues with the item. To return your order, please raise a return request here.

  • You must provide description of the fault/damage and product images along with the product packaging and clearly visible shipping label.
  • Please note that any claim for breakage/damage reported must be reported within 24hrs of delivery. As any claim reported after 24hrs is not guaranteed as courier services insurance expired after this time.
  • Minor dents/scratches/marks/size variations are not considered by our manufacturer to be defects. Due to many products being handmade, any minor dents/scratches/marks add to the character and uniqueness of each piece.
  • We will pay for all damaged items to be shipped back to our warehouse.
  • Freight costs will only be refunded if goods are faulty or damaged.
  • Any claim for damaged/faulty product made after 24hr of delivery will not be accepted.

How do Refunds work?

Upon receipt of your returned item, we will inspect it. If your return request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a couple of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Change Of Mind:

  • You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused (not assembled and/or used) and in the same condition (including product original packaging) as you received it.
  • Please note that we will be requiring the original packaging with any foam and cushioning inside for its safe return journey of the product for our reference purpose.
  • The customer (i.e. You) is also responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • Also, note that postage cost (paid by us to send your order) will not be refunded in case of exchange or change of mind. We will deduct the actual shipping costs from your refund.
  • We have a strict 30 days returns policy. If 30 calendar days have passed since your purchase has been delivered or collected by you, we are unable to accept a return.
