Estimated Delivery Time:

The estimated delivery time for your order depends on your location and the shipping method selected. Generally, orders are delivered within 5-7 business days after shipment. Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or customs delays.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and delivery of your package through the shipping carrier’s website.

Change of Mind Returns:

We understand that occasionally you may change your mind after making a purchase. In such cases, we offer a change of mind return policy. If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, please contact us as soon as possible to initiate the return process.

  • You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused (not assembled and/or used) and in the same condition (including product original packaging) as you received it.
  • Please note that we will be requiring the original packaging with any foam and cushioning inside for its safe return journey of the product for our reference purpose.
  • The customer (i.e. You) is also responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • Also, note that postage cost (paid by us to send your order) will not be refunded in case of exchange or change of mind. We will deduct the actual shipping costs from your refund.
  • We have a strict 30 days returns policy. If 30 calendar days have passed since your purchase has been delivered or collected by you, we are unable to accept a return.

Return Shipping Costs:

Please note that for change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for covering both the original shipping costs and the return postage costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning items to ensure their safe and timely arrival.Refund Process:
Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we will process a refund for the purchase price, excluding the original shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Exchange Option:

Alternatively, if you prefer an exchange for another item, please let us know when initiating the return process. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to product availability and any price differences.

Damaged/Faulty Product Returns:

In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately. To process a damaged product return, you must provide proof of the damage, including clear pictures showing the damaged item and its original packaging with the shipping label, within 12 hours of delivery.

Note: Minor dents/scratches/marks/size variations are not considered by our manufacturer to be defects. Due to many products being handmade, any minor dents/scratches/marks add to the character and uniqueness of each piece.

Refund or Replacement:

Upon receipt of the required documentation, we will assess the damage and provide options for a refund or replacement, depending on product availability. We strive to resolve such issues promptly to ensure your satisfaction with your shopping experience
